Terms And Conditions

This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Promotional Period 

1. The " PARTY PRIZES – MEGA Wheel” promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 00:01 (ET) 25.12.2023 until further notice (the "Promotional Period").
2. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions

Who can claim this promotion 

3. The Promotion is available to customers of on.partycasino.ca (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 19 years old;
   2. are verified;
   3. have made a minimum of one (1) deposit in their on.partycasino.ca account; and be able to see the promotion in the ‘Promotions’ section of their on.partycasino.ca account during the Promotional Period;
   4. be physically located in Ontario.

How to participate in this Promotion

4. To participate Eligible Players have to spin the PARTY PRIZES – MEGA Wheel.
5. Each Eligible Player is only entitled to one daily MEGA WHEEL spin, if they wager daily $10 on any casino game at on.partycasino.ca during the Promotional Period.
6. By spinning the wheel, each Eligible Player could win one of the following prizes:
   1. Non-Deposit Casino Spins;
   2. Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus;
   3. Cash Prizes;
   4. Same Game Parlay;

(each, a "Prize" and together the "Prizes")

7. Once won, the Prizes must be claimed in the Eligible Player’s account within 24 hours of being credited. If a Prize remains unclaimed for 24 hours, it shall expire.
8. Each Eligible Player is entitled to only one spin of the PARTY PRIZES wheel per day.

Prizes Specific Conditions

Non-Deposit Casino Spins Specific Conditions

9. Spins are only valid on the games listed in the Spins section in each Eligible Player’s account.
10. To use, Eligible Players must click on and activate the Spins within 24 hours from the date the Spins are credited to their player account.
11. Any funds won using the Spins (the “Spins Winnings”) will be credited as a withdrawal restricted bonus (the ‘Bonus’) and will be visible in the ‘Promotions’ section of player’s account until the Wagering Requirements (specified below) are met.
12. Spins Winnings shall be forfeited and removed from an Eligible Player’s account if that Eligible Player does not use all credited Spins within the Time Limit (as defined below).
13. The Bonus shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirements (specified below) are met.
14. The Wagering Requirements for this Bonus are as follows:
15. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 10 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
16. The Requirements must be met within 3 days from the date the Spins Winnings are credited to the Eligible Player’s account (the ‘Time Limit’).
17. The Eligible Player shall lose the Bonus amount and any winnings if the Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
18. Eligible Players can keep track of their Spins in the ‘Promotions’ section of their account.

Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus Specific Conditions

19. The Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus can be used on all Live Casino games.
20. The Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus has Wagering Requirements (as defined below).
21. The Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus is Withdrawal Restricted (i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
22. The Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus will be available to claim in the ‘Promotions’ section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus within 24 hours will result in the bonus being forfeited and not be re-issued.
23. Once the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus is claimed, bonus and any bonus winnings will be displayed as a restricted amount until the Wagering Requirements have been met.
24. The Wagering Requirements for the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus are as follows:
    1. The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 35 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
25. The Wagering Requirements must be met within 3 days from the date the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus was placed in the Eligible Player’s account (the “Time Limit”).
26. The Eligible Player shall lose the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus and any bonus winnings if the Wagering Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
27. Eligible Players can keep track of their Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus in the ‘Promotions’ section of their account.

Cash Prizes Specific Conditions

28. Cash Prizes can be immediately withdrawn by the Eligible Player.
29. The minimum cash prize an Eligible Player can win is $1.
30. Maximum one $100 Cash Prize to be won per Eligible Player per week.

Bet Credit on Sport Specific Conditions

31. To release the Bet Credit(s) an Eligible Player must place a real money wager meeting the following criteria:
    1. It must be worth the amount shown on the prize.
    2. It must be placed at minimum odds of 2.0 (evens).
    3. It must be placed within 7 days of receiving the prize.

32. To claim the Bet Wager(s), players must log in to their account.
33. Should you successfully win a Wager this will be credited within 48 hours of the last game finishing.
34. The Qualifying Wager can be placed on any sports market.
35. Duplicate and void wagers will not count.
36. Cancelled Credits and system Credits will not count towards this offer.
37. Cashed out Bet Credit will not count towards this offer.
38. The amount of the Sports Bet Credit on offer will be displayed on the prize pop-up message.
39. The Sports Bet Wager will be found above the bet slip.
40. If an Eligible Player places a wager using their Sports Bet Credit and wins the wager, the net winnings
    from the Bet Wager will be credited to the Eligible Player's account.
41. If you have more than one Bet Credit, the Bet Credits will be activated one after another.

General:

43. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
44. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
45. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
46. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
47. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
48. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for Legal and regulatory reasons.
49. The Promotor may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promotor will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
